A monthly subscription is paid each calendar month. An annual subscription is paid once a year. First payment is made when you start your subscription, following payments are made every calendar month or every 12 calendar months depending on your subscription type. Paying annually gets you a %10 discount.
We accept all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club. We can also accept bank transfers from Australian based customers. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude any applicable sales taxes.
If you cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchasing, you can receive a full refund. If you cancel your subscription after 14 days, your payment is non-refundable, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.
